COVID-19 Shipping information
As a result of the COVID 19 crisis, parcel services may experience delays. Please plan for possible delays in delivery due to congestion in the postal sector. We have no influence on these events, but we will do everything possible to ensure a smooth process.
We process all orders from Monday to Friday. In times of high demand and during covid lockdowns, the processing time can take longer than three days.
Please check that all shipping information is correct. If any information is incorrect or missing, please inform us immediately. Incorrect or missing information can cause delays and even loss of packages. There may also be delays in customs clearance.
Products already shipped cannot be canceled. After receipt of the parcel, the legally prescribed return period of 14 days* still applies.
Please note: The delivery times given are only an estimate and are not guaranteed. The delivery times are given in working days, i.e. weekends are not included. If you place an order in our webshop, you agree to our terms of delivery.

How long does the delivery take?
Estimated delivery time without processing time is 6-18 days. The average processing time is 2-5 days.

We do not guarantee delivery before Christmas due to the delivery delays by our courier. We do not provide refunds on products that aren't delivered before Christmas.
How do I receive my order?
We use DHL for standard shipments. DHL will deliver the order to the address provided. If an order contains several products, they may be delivered separately.
